When we’re faced with changing our lives, in any way, we often come up with reasons why not to change. Change is uncomfortable, change can be challenging, change takes effort. There’s many reasons why not to change. And so we tend to avoid it, and justify why we don’t do it.
Our family was introduced to the Vegan philosophy and way of life by our very special daughter and granddaughter, who, once informed and inspired, became staunch and committed Vegans. In our family, as ever, any such change was open to debate, questioning and discussion, and sometimes quite heated exchanges. Many evenings were spent both listening and learning and challenging and testing.
